By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to the following:
Exact quantities
Orders are subject to up to 10% quantity variance in billable overruns or underruns. If you require exact quantities, please let us know.
Payments accepted
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. Your final invoice may include a 2-3% credit card surcharge.
Customer-supplied items
Items must be new, un-worn, and un-laundered. You assume ALL responsibility and liability for all costs associated with damaged items during decorating, embroidering, printing, laser etching, heat pressing or any other production processes. In rare cases, apparel purchased off the rack in department stores or the mall, or from sources like Amazon/Ebay are more susceptible to heat and pressure, scorching/burning, or have surface treatments that may affect the adhesion and durability of some our decorating processes.
Deadlines
**Our supply chain has been severely affected by COVID. While we are doing everything we can, please plan WAY ahead and be aware your order may be delayed due to inventory shortages or production and shipping delays.**
Standard prouction time on most of our products is 2-3 weeks. Please note that production time doesn't start until the final proof has been signed off as approved and payment has been made. Your order is subject to product availability/inventory/stock issues, production times, and shipping delays. While we do everything we can to get your product to you, some things are out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any losses sustained as a result of late delivery of product.
Colors
Due to variations in monitors, tablets, and smartphone displays, the item color or imprint color may be different than shown. Please request a pre-production sample if you need an exact color.
AUTHORIZATION & INDEMNIFICATION
By placing an order with 801 Creative Designz you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and/or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc., identified and submitted with your order.
You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 801 Creative Designz, its affiliates and its representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses, arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
Payment terms
Unless prior arrangements have been arranged, we require payment on orders before they can go to production. If terms are extended, purchaser hereby agrees to be bound by the Uniform Consumer Credit Code of the State of Utah. A service charge of 2% (two percent) per month will be charged on all past due amounts. If account is referred to collection, purchaser agrees to pay any collection costs incurred including reasonable attorney’s fees, filing fees, and court costs.
S&H
Shipping and handling charges may be additional and will be included on your final invoice.
Co-branding
We may include our logo or text: 801 Creative Designz, 801creativedesignz.com, | Salt Lake City, UT or a variation thereof on your item in an inconspicuous imprint that does not compete with your logo or branding. If you object, please notify us prior to production.
Logo integrity and style guides
We put a LOT of extra effort into making your logo look its best. On occasion we will make minor edits to your logo to get it to print correctly. If you do not want us to make this decision on your behalf, please let us know.
Logo formats
Preferred: VECTOR .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf
Acceptable: HIGH RES image files .jpg, .tif, .png etc. (300dpi at 100%)
If we vectorize your image file on a billed basis, we will provide you with copies of those files for your use.
Try before you buy
We want you to be happy with your items, so if there's time we encourage you to "try before you buy." We can generally provide free samples on items, you only pay S&H. We'll credit that back to you on the products you decide to purchase.
Quotes
Unless otherwise noted, quotes are valid for 30 days, but are subject to change due to availability of inventory and supply chain resources.
Art/design
Depending on the size and scope, we typically include between 15 and 30 minutes of complementary art and design time. Any additional time is billed at $60 per hour in 15 minute increments. We will provide you with a firm estimate if we expect the cost to exceed $15.
LTM
You can sometimes order Less Than Minimum quantities shown - please ask.
